CBBMOP
NEW NAME.
NEW OUTREACH.
Founded in 1994 by a group of men of the Monument of Faith Evangelistic Church under the leadership of the late Apostle Richard D. Henton, Pastor Mark A. Henton and Brother Darryl Crater, our mentoring program began as the Big Brother Mentor Program to respond to societal pressures on young men ages 8 to 18.
Today, as Crater Big Brother Mentor Outreach Program, we build on that legacy by empowering young men through consistent, long-term mentorship aimed at academic success, character development, and social responsibility — while also extending our outreach to families, the homeless community, and low-income seniors. By bridging generations, we strengthen individuals and families, forging stronger, connected communities where every stage of life is valued and empowered.

CBBMOP EVENTS
A RECORD OF EXCEPTIONAL OUTREACH
In January 2025, the Craters Big Brother Mentor Program (CBBMP) decided to pivot to the Crater Big Brother Mentor Outreach Program (CBBMOP). The program has a longstanding history of outreach in the homeless community, passing out book bags annually and a multitude of other events.
OVER THREE DECADES
SERVING AND PROVIDING MENTORSHIP
The Crater Big Brother Mentor Outreach Program (CBBMOP), formerly CBBMP, has been providing mentorship programs for a remarkable 30 years. We understand the significance having positive male role models in the lives of our youth, and that's why we've been dedicated to this cause for so long. Our program offers a wide range of activities that are specifically designed to inspire, educate, and motivate people to become the best versions of themselves.
